Meals

The Gardens on Tenth offers “comfort food,” delicious meals that follow the Canada Food Guide for nutritious ingredients in recommended portions. While we always provide healthy options at each meal, we are not a diet kitchen. The kitchen must be made aware of any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we will try to accommodate these special needs, but residents still have to choose the amount and type of food they wish to eat.
