SUPPORTIVE HOUSING ATTENDANT

The Gardens on Tenth is a non-profit organization provides housing, meals, activities, support, and other services to seniors.

Position Overview
Provide respectful personal care to senior residents providing for, and promoting dignity in personal hygiene, activity, rest, safety and other aspects of quality of life, in accordance with individualized care plans.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Follow each resident’s individualized care plan, which could include • Dispensing blister-packed medication.• Promoting personal hygiene and dressing.
• Escort, redirect, reminders• Supervise and offer support throughout the day. .Documenting.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in similar field is considered an asset, willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work as a part of a collaborative team and with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Discrete, caring, and compassionate • Must be Punctual and dependable.
• This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check and Adult Abuse
Registry Check as conditions of employment.

Must be willing to a variety of shifts including weekends and STATS

Shifts: Days 7:00 – 3:00,
Evenings 3:00 – 11:00, 7 am -10:00am & 4:00pm – 9:30pm
