Campaign Reaches Significant Milestone

The Gardens on Tenth: Growing For Our Community Campaign has achieved a significant milestone–more than $2 million in donations and pledges have now been received.
The new building at The Gardens on Tenth will be supported by a $250,000 donation from Access Credit Union (ACU).
The total goal of the fundraising campaign is $3 million which will be used, in part, to pay for the entry fee to make 14 of the 66 suites truly affordable.
